Key Responsibilities
- Washing dishes, glasses, cutlery, and all types of food containers
- Cleaning and organizing kitchen equipment and utensils
- Maintaining cleanliness of kitchen floors, countertops, shelves, and back-of-house areas
- Proper waste disposal and food scrap management
- Upholding high hygiene standards in accordance with hotel and food safety regulations
- Preparing and arranging tableware for buffet, banquet, and à la carte service
