- To reply to you, provide service information, survey your premises and prepare quotations you request (steps taken at your request before entering into a contract)

- Google Workspace, the email service used to deliver your request to our team and any confirmation email to you
- Our database and cloud provider (Supabase) and Google Sheets, used to store requests
- Netlify, our website hosting provider
- Government authorities or officials where required by law
Some providers may store data on servers outside Thailand; we ensure appropriate safeguards as required by law.
5. Retention
We keep your personal data only as long as needed for the purposes stated or as required by law, after which it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restrict access to authorised staff to prevent loss, unauthorised access, use, alteration or disclosure.
